The KlevaKlip Patio Deck Kit is designed for super-low deck decks over concrete or tiles surfaces and provides top-of-joist height of 35mm (1.4 inches)

Being Engineered Aluminium profile it wont rot like timber or rust like steel plus there is zero possibility of moisture transfer that is prevalent through using timber battens/joists onto concrete. In most cases, base clips can be adhered to concrete/tiles with the use of adhesives, meaning you do not need  to penetrate your concrete or tiled surface/membrane.
